Samantha's Obituary

Samantha “Sam” Marie (Keeton) Leviner, 36, of Monticello, passed away on Thursday, February 15, 2024 due to injuries sustained in an automobile accident.  She was born November 6, 1987 in Monticello to Michael and Melinda (Budreau) Keeton. Samantha was a 2006 graduate of North White High School.

She had worked at Terra Drive Systems of Wolcott in the assembly department. Samantha was full of life, had a bubbly personality, and didn’t know a stranger. She was softhearted and kind. She was always happy and full of positive energy. She could cheer you up even on your worst day.

She enjoyed fishing, photography, arts and crafts, and enjoyed working on projects, adding her personal touch to everything. She was the kind of person you could call on when you needed help no matter when or what it was and was always helping someone. Samantha could be a carpenter, mechanic, home renovator, or anything she set her mind to and she did time and time again. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. There are no amount of words that can explain Samantha that best characterized her being. She will be deeply missed by all that knew her and her absence has left a large void in their lives.

Surviving along with her parents is a daughter, Hailey Anthony of Monticello; brother, Robert Keeton of Monticello. Grandmother, Ina Patrick of Chalmers; niece, Adelaide Keeton; her pet dogs, Spaz and Lucy. Samantha is also survived by her aunts and uncles, Rebecca (Greg) Childers of Reynolds, Margaret Million of Virginia, Angie Roberts of Kentucky, Mick (Laura) Budreau and their daughter, Madelyn of Chicago, Stanley (Alicia) Keeton of Idaville, Lee Keeton of Kentucky, and Daniel (Debbie) Keeton of Kentucky.

Preceding her in death are grandparents, Lawrence and Marguerite Budreau, Roger Patrick, Leroy and Imogene Keeton. Aunts and uncles, Debra Ford, Marsha Budreau, Kathy Ward, Francis Budreau, David Budreau.
