Sandra K. Taylor

Sandra K. Taylor, 65, of Monon, passed away with Red by her side on Friday, June 25, 2021 at her home. She was born August 6, 1955 in Rensselaer, IN to Alma M. (Barnhart) Spencer and the late James E. Steffel.

Her marriage was to Marion “Red” Taylor on July 6, 1990 in Kankakee County, IL; he survives. In her spare time, Sandra enjoyed sewing, dancing in her younger years, and spending time with family and friends.

Surviving along with her husband are their children, Michael McCall, Charles (Kim) McCall, Eric (Kris) McCall, James (Dianna) Taylor, and Monica (Pancho) Sanchez; Siblings, Mari Steffel and James (Kathy) Steffel. Also surviving are several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Preceding her in death along with her father are half-siblings, Loretta Johnson and Larue Spencer.

Friends may call from 12 PM (EST) until the time of Funeral Service 2 PM (EST) Wednesday, June 30, 2021 at Clapper Family Funeral Home of Monon. Interment to follow in Monon Chapel Cemetery.

Memorial contributions may be made in Sandra’s name to the American Cancer Society.
