Bryan “Scott” Taylor, 59, of Brookston, passed away surrounded by loved ones on Sunday, July 10, 2022 at his sister’s home. He was born April 14, 1963 in Lafayette to Earlene Sue (Richardson) Taylor and the late Ronald Taylor. Scott was a graduate of Lawton High School of Oklahoma.
He worked for several years at Prime Auto Glass of Lafayette as a technician. Scott enjoyed spending time fishing, playing horseshoes, loved to grill and was a wonderful cook.
Surviving along with his mother, Sue are his children, Jessica Carlock of Santa Fe, TX, Heather Johnson of Monroeville, IN, and twins, Ian and Grace Taylor of Lafayette; step-daughter, Kristi Lincoln of Warsaw, IN. Siblings, Tamara Nelson of Brookston and Nicole Taylor of Dallas, TX. Scott is also survived by three grandchildren, Max, Mya, and Luke.
Preceding him in death along with his father, Ronald, is one brother, Anthony Allen Taylor.
At this time, no funeral services are scheduled. A Celebration of Life honoring Scott will be held at a later date.
