Shelby Jean Judy

Shelby Jean (Johnson) Judy, 83, passed away on Friday, May 1, 2020 at Miller’s Merry Manor of Tipton. She was born November 21, 1936 in McCoysburg, IN to the late Dale and Mildred Douglas.

Shelby is survived by her son Jeffery G. (Kathryn K.) Babcock of Elwood, Indiana. There will be no funeral services scheduled at this time.
