Weston Ray Hoaks, 28 days old, passed away at 6:30 PM, January 12, 2018 at Riley Hospital for Children of Indianapolis.

He was born December 15, 2017 in Lafayette to Tyler Demski and Jamie Hoaks.

Surviving with his parents are maternal grandmother, Cari Hoaks of Kentland; maternal great-grandmother Connie Blankenship of Kentland; maternal grandfather, Roy Cozart of Kentland; and maternal great-grandmother Jean Hoaks of Goodland. Maternal grandfather, Randy (Wendie) Hoaks of Kentland; paternal grandmother Johnna Demski of Watseka, IL and brother, Kacyn Hoaks. Also surviving is aunt Jennifer Hoaks and uncle Aaron Hoaks both of Kentland.

Weston is preceded in death by maternal great-grandfather, Donald “Tater” Blankenship, and maternal great-grandfather, Melvin Hoaks.

Friends may call from 5-8 PM (CST) Wednesday, January 17, 2018 at Stitz-Clapper Funeral Home of Kentland. Funeral Service 10:30 AM Thursday, January 18, 2018 at Trinity United Methodist Church of Kentland. Interment to follow in Goodland Cemetery.
