Michael G. McCarty, 61, passed away at his home in West Lafayette, IN on Monday, November 6, 2017.  He was born December 12, 1955 in Chicago, IL.

 

He is survived by his mother, many siblings, and his children: James McCarty, Tracy McCarty, Kelly Wilkerson, Jenny Caylor, and his grandchildren: Alyssa Bruner and Baylee Caylor. 

 

He loved spending time and playing games with his grandchildren, listening to music, working on cars, and making others laugh. He loved having his independence and was proud of being stubborn. His laughter and constant use of the exclamation “weeeeeee!” will be missed by all.
