Mitchell Lee Charles Collins passed away Thursday July 13, 2017.

Mitch, God blessed our family and the world October 9, 1985 when you were born. The years of outdoor sports activities and ten years of playing ice hockey, you learned enthusiasm and gave us excitement. While parenting two Siberian Huskies, Dixie and Titian, you learned empathy. Mitch, you lived life with energy and passion. You were a loving son to your Father and I, a best-friend to your sister Christine, brother to her husband Matthew also Uncle Bubby to Lindsey and Sarah. May you fly freely and happily. Enjoy your new, painless, peaceful journey now. Although we are all heartbroken continuing our earthly life without you, we know we will reunite at a more beautiful and tranquil place. Our only regret is having to wait so long to see you again but we know your spirit will always be with us and your love in our hearts. The family will greet relatives and friends at Foster-Clapper Funeral Home of Wolcott, Tuesday July 18 from 5:00 p.m. to 8 p.m. At 7:00 p.m. family and friends will have an opportunity to share their memories of Mitch with everyone.

Private burial will be at a later date.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made in Mitch's name to the American Leukemia & Lymphoma Society or the American Heart Association.
