William G. Bulington, 66, of Monon, died at 3:45 a.m., March 12, 2011, at Seton Specialty Hospital of Lafayette. He was born August 11, 1944 in Monon, IN, to the late Lyal and Loretta (Warren) Bulington. He attended school in Monon. His marriage was to Margaret Jean Jones on January 13, 1966 in Watseka, IL. She preceded him in death on February 15, 1999. Mr. Bulington was a life-long resident on Monon and was a member of the Eagles. He worked as a farmer, a mechanic for Tubberty Garage in Kentland, IN, and owned Bulington Trucking. He enjoyed working, drinking coffee with friends, and spending time with his family. Surviving are two daughters, Sandra Bulington (husband: Alfredo) and Andrea Reyes, both of Monon and one son, William Bulington Jr. of Texas, five brothers, Joe Bulington (wife: Colleen) of Illinois, Dave Bulington (wife: Anita) of Iowa, Don Bulington of Missouri, Ron Bulington of Florida, Clyde Bulington of Monon, and one sister, Karen Bulington of Monon. Also surviving are 5 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild. Preceding him in death with his parents and wife are two brothers, Lyal Bulington and John Bulington, and one sister, Janet Bulington. Friends may call from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m., Tuesday, March 15, 2011 at Clapper Family Funeral Home of Monon. Funeral Service will be at 11 a.m., Wednesday, March 16, 2011 at Clapper Family Funeral Home of Monon, Rev. Steve Sparks to officiate. Interment to follow in Bedford Cemetery.
