Alice L. Musser, 90, of Kentland, died at 5:30 p.m. Saturday, December 18, 2010 at George Ade Memorial Health Care Center in Brook. She was born November 17, 1920 in Boswell to the late Harold and Rosa (Orr) Redwine. She graduated from Boswell High School in 1938. Her marriage was to Joseph R. Musser in Boswell, Indiana. He preceded her in death. She was homemaker, and was a member of Daughters of American Revolution (DAR) and Eastern Star. She enjoyed sewing, crocheting, playing the organ, and making cookies for her grandchildren. Surviving are three daughters, Sharon Yates and Rose Ferguson (companion: Chris) of Kentland and Cindy Clingaman (husband: Ron) of Traverse City, Michigan. Also surviving are 7 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren. Preceding her in death with her husband and parents are 3 children, Deanna Miiller, Rita Musser and Melvin Musser, and two sisters, Eileen Richardson and Thelma Pratt. Friends may call from 9 a.m. (CDT) until the time of service at 11 a.m. (CDT) Wednesday, December 22, 2010 at Stitz-Clapper Funeral Home of Kentland with Rev. Marjorie Egger officiating. Interment will follow at Goodland Cemetery in Goodland.
