Jon J. Sunday, 66, of Remington, died unexpectedly of natural causes and was found at 4:05 p.m. Monday, July 19, 2010. He was born April 23, 1944 in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania to the late David W. and Anna Mae (Clouser) Sunday. He was a graduate of Cumberland Valley High School in Pennsylvania. Mr. Sunday made his career with Capital Products Corporation (now Tredegar Corporation) starting in Pennsylvania and then moving to Indiana in 1974. He held many positions of management with the company until his retirement after 38 years of service in 2000. He was an avid collector and handyman and enjoyed fishing. Mr. Sunday was a lifetime member of the Lions Club. Surviving are two sons, Mike Sunday (wife: Kim) of Jacksonville, NC and Nathan Sunday (wife: Carole) of Casco, ME and a sister, Sheila Colston of PA. Also surviving are Jon's grandchildren, Michael Sunday Jr. (wife: Annie), Mark Sunday (wife: Amanda) and Jason Sunday (wife: Katie). Preceding him in death with his parents is a brother, Russell Sunday. Graveside services are planned in Pennsylvania at a later date to be determined.
