Dennis M. "Denny" Mansfield, 64, of Woodruff, SC, died at 6:57 p.m., Saturday, March 13, 2010 at his residence. Born on March 15, 1945, he was the son of the late Claude D. and Helen L. Mansfield. His marriage was to Mary H. Lank in 1964, she survives. He retired and moved from Florida to South Carolina. Surviving with his wife are his children, Tony Mansfield (wife: Angela) and Brenda Ashba (husband: Mike) both of Woodruff, SC, and Jimmy Mansfield (wife: Julie) of St. Cloud, FL; brothers, Claude Mansfield (wife: Joyce) of Rennselaer, Jerry Mansfield (wife: Janelle) of Gray, GA, Brad Mansfield (wife: Diane), Todd Mansfield (wife: Darla) and Joe Richardson (wife: Kathy) all of Brookston; and sisters, Sue Wells (husband: Noah) of Morganton, NC and Barb Kerr (husband: TC) of Whittier, NC. Also surviving are 5 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. Memorial donations may be made in memory of Denny to the American Cancer Society.
