Infant Ezsavior Anthony Parker Summers was stillborn on February 3, 2009 at 3:35 a.m. at Clarian Arnett Hospital of Lafayette. Surviving is his mother, Megan R. Summers of Lebanon; his father Garry L. Wines of Lebanon; maternal grandmother, Chelli L. Wright (husband: Donny W.) of Lafayette; maternal grandfather, James A. Summers of Lebanon; paternal grandmother, Terri Mohringer (husband: Steve) and paternal grandfather, Garry Wines both of Lebanon. Private services are planned for a later date. Hartzler-Clapper Funeral Home in Brookston, Indiana is entrusted with his care.
