Jane Merideth Harman, 29, of West Lafayette, died at 8:03 p.m. Wednesday, June 4, 2008 in her residence. She was born March 19, 1979 in Peoria, Illinois to James and Ginny (Scott) Harman. She was a 1997 graduate of William Henry Harrison High School and a 2003 graduate of Purdue University. She worked for Borders Bookstore in West Lafayette. Surviving with her parents are sisters, Breanna Harman and Julia Harman of West Lafayette, and Kelly Norman (husband: Jeremy) of Lafayette, grandparents Jack and Maureen Pennington of Howell, MI, and Molly Harman of Peoria, IL. Also surviving are many aunts, uncles, and cousins. Family services will be held at Tippecanoe Memory Gardens, West Lafayette on June 11, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. Pastor Throstur Thordarson to officiate. Preceding her in death are grandparents Dave and Marlene Scott and Larry Harman. Hartzler-Clapper Funeral Home of Brookston is entrusted with her care.
