Biographical Information:
Alma was a graduate of the Royal Centre High High School of Royal Center, Indiana. She then went on to the Indiana Business College. Alma worked at the Kingsbury Ammunitions Plant during the wartimes. She also worked on the farm and at the family Store "Fry - Ulrey's Store" in Headlee, Indiana. Alma had worked several years at Indiana Beach selling tickets to the Bungee Swing Ride. She rode the ride even at the the young age of 75, it was a huge selling point for the attraction. Alma was a member of the White Oak United Methodist Church of Headlee, Indiana. She enjoyed her family, Tops, and playing Bunco.

Marriage Information: On May12, 1946 in the White Oak United Methodist Church she married John "Jack" Brooks. He died March 23, 1967.
