Biographical Information:
Chaz passed away from injuries from an automobile accident. He has lived in rural Monticello, Indiana, all his life and was a Junior at North White High School in Monon, Indiana. Chaz was a member of the Christ Fellowship Church of Monticello, Indiana, and was very active in the church youth group. He loved and enjoyed playing football, baseball, and used to play basketball as well. Chaz also enjoyed hunting, fishing, shooting, hanging with friends, woodworking, building models, and his El Camino. He had worked for Greg Vogel, painting and mowing all his rental properties. Chaz has been working at Abes Pizza in Monticello, Indiana. He was a wonderful big brother to Morgan. ***** Per request of the family, they would like for everyone to wear North White Blue and Gold Colors!!!!*****

Memorial Information: Memorials may be given to the family so they can establish a Memorial Scholarship in Chaz’s name. Envelopes will be available at the high school.
