Biographical Information:
Fritz had lived in White County, Indiana, all his life, and was a 1979 graduate of North White High School of Monon, Indiana. He went on to attend Purdue University for the short Ag Program and then on to Ivy Tech Community College for a Business Management Degree. Fritz was born and raised on a farm, and he loved farming and raising cattle. He had worked for his late dad, "Solly" at Solly's Restaurant in Reynolds, Indiana, until he sold in 1994. Fritz then went on to be the manager of former R.&M. Wholesale in Monticello, Indiana, for over ten (10) years. He was a member of the Reynolds United Methodist Church of Reynolds, Indiana, and was a ten (10) year 4-H member.

Marriage Information: On September 2, 1989, in Mentor, Ohio, he married Melissa F. Jones. She survives.
