Ivan Lee Scott, 75, of Delphi, Indiana, passed away at 3:42 a.m., Saturday, March 18, 2023, at his niece's residence after a short illness with his family at his side. 

He was born on Thursday, May 8, 1947, in Lafayette, Indiana, to the late Ernest and Virginia (Wolf) Scott. 

Visitation will be from 12:00 (noon) to 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, March 29, 2023, here at the Miller - Roscka Funeral Home of Monticello, Indiana.  

 

Celebration of Life Service will be at the Miller – Roscka Funeral Home of Monticello, Indiana, at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, March 29, 2023, with Rev. Erick Riddle of the Hickory Grove Church of rural Delphi (Carroll County), Indiana, officiating. 

 

Burial will be Hickory Grove Cemetery or rural Delphi (Carroll County), Indiana.

Biographical Information:

    Ivan had lived in Delphi, Indiana, area all his life and was a 1965 graduate of Delphi Community High School of Delphi, Indiana.  While in high school, Ivan, entered the Indiana National Guard.  Ivan was raised at the family farm and never left the farm. He had farmed all of his life. Ivan enjoyed the great outdoors. Ivan very much enjoyed deer hunting and snowmobiling and was known to travel outside the state to hunt and ride.
