Biographical Information:
John was a 1962 graduate of the Burnettsville High School where he played several instruments in the band, including the snare drum, trumpet, and piano. He had lived in Idaville, Indiana most all of his life where he farmed. Johnny had worked at the old Alloy Rods in Monticello and then went onto work at McGill Mfg. which later became Emerson. John retired from Emerson after 26 years as the Maintenance Coordinator. Johnny belonged to the Antique Tractor Association. He also was a member of the Lockport Church where he loved to sing in the church choir and in the quartet. John was a foster parent for over 30 years raising over 70 children. He loved gardening, woodworking, and restoring antique cars. Johnny especially loved all of his family and the time spent with them.

Marriage Information: On February 29, 1964 in Logansport, Indiana he married Joyce E. Goodnight. She survives
