Russ had lived in the Monticello, Indiana, area all his life and always called Monticello, Indiana home. He was an over the road truck driver when he was healthy. Russ could always be heard on the CB, talking with someone. Russ truly enjoyed the great outdoors. He especially loved hunting and fishing.
