Larry Johns, 67, of Monticello, Indiana, passed away at 6:52 p.m., Wednesday, December 21, 2022, at the Indiana University Health Arnett Hospital of Lafayette, Indiana, with his family at his side. 

He was born on Tuesday, November 12, 1955, in Baltimore, Maryland, to the late Denton Johns and Rose Sparkman. 

On September 29, 1997, in Las Vegas, Nevada, he married Edith Larene "Edie / Ed" Cosgray; she survives.  

Larry just moved to Monticello, Indiana, November 11, 2022, coming from Hanover, Maryland. 

No Visitation or Service are Scheduled for the Public.  Everything is Private for the Family.

 

Burial will be Private for the Family.

Biographical Information:
   Larry and his wife, Edith Larene "Edie/Ed" have lived in Monticello, Indiana, since November 11, 2022.  He graduated from Holderness High School of Plymouth, New Hampshire.   Larry went on to graduate from Bucknell University Lewisburg, Pennsylvania, with a degree in Electrical Engineering.  He had worked at numerous places, such as Kraft, Miller Brewing, Pepsi, White Wave Foods, and most recently opening the first Guinness Brewery in America in Relay, Maryland. Larry was a big fan of sci-fi and bad martial art movies.  He loved his family and his cats!!!!!  Larry was beloved by all!!!!!

one on the way, due in February;
