Biographical Information:
Lewis was a graduate of Delphi High School. He drove semi truck all his life and did carpentry work. Lewis was an avid nascar fan and owned a few micro midgets over the years. He enjoyed fishing and floating in the river.

Marriage Information: In June of 1955, he married Pequetti Hunt, she died September of 1979. Then on January 1, 1980, in Monticello, Indiana, he married Evelyn Kiser; she survives.
