Biographical Information:
Mary Ruth had lived in White County, Indiana, all her life, and was a 1943 graduate of Buffalo High School of Buffalo, Indiana. She also graduated from International Business College in Fort Wayne, Indiana, in 1945. Mary Ruth was a member of the Zion Bethel Church of Monticello, Indiana, since the age of twelve years old. She and her late husband, John were also Youth Group Leaders of the church for several years. Mary Ruth also did a lot of volunteer work in the community, volunteering at the former Mental Health Organization and Contact Help. She was also a 4-H Leader and was also on the White County, Indiana, Extension Board. Mary Ruth and her late husband, John, farmed in White County, Indiana, for over forty - five years. After retiring from farming in 1995, they moved into Monticello, Indiana.

Marriage Information: On June 8, 1946, in Monticello, Indiana, she married John J. Wyant; he passed away on Wednesday, July 19, 2006.
