Biographical Information:
Richard had resided in the Buffalo, Indiana community for forty (40) years, and was a member of the Bell Center Bible Church in rural White County, Indiana. He retired in February of this year from Jackson Oil where he had delivered Kendall Oil for over twenty-two (22) years.
