Biographical Information:
Ruth had lived in the White County, Indiana, area all of her life. She was a member of the Eagle Lodge Auxiliary #323 of Logansport, Indiana. Ruth was an avid NASCAR fan, and Jeff Gordon was her favorite driver. She enjoyed motorcycling in her younger years. Ruth loved angels and dancing. She loved and enjoyed her grandchildren, and working in the yard. She went out many evenings to have coffee and donuts with her friends.

Marriage Information: On July 19, 1954, in Monticello, Indiana, she married William E. "Bill" Tincher. He died January 23, 2007.
