Matthew A. Lowe, 59, of Goodland, passed away on December 27, 2017 at his residence. He was born September 10, 1958 in Watseka, IL to Clarence “David” and Ruth (Barney) Lowe. Matthew was a 1976 graduate of South Newton High School.

His marriage was to Denise Kline. From that marriage they had two loving children, and many years of wonderful memories. They later divorced.

Matt was a member of the Goodland Volunteer Fire Department and Goodland Athletic Association. He worked for Parker-Hannifin, Adkev Inc., and 3-D Machine Inc. of Goodland for many years. Matthew enjoyed spending his time coaching local youth sports, and was an avid sports fan.

He is survived by sons, Tyler Lowe of West Lafayette, and Trever Lowe of Lafayette; siblings, Mike (Linda) Lowe of Brook, IN, Mark (Lori) Lowe of Chesapeake, MD, and Melanie Provo of Cincinnati, OH.
