Beatrice Maxine Fulkerson, 94, of Wolcott, passed away November 26, 2016 at 3:15 PM surrounded by her family at Cumberland Pointe Health campus of West Lafayette.

She was born January 14, 1922 to the late Bessie and Roy Templeton. When Bea was two, her mother passed away and she was raised and loved by Eben and Florence (Templeton) Wynkoop. Bea moved from Pocahontas, IA to Wolcott, IN as a young child and resided in the Wolcott area all of her life. Her marriage was to Herbert Fulkerson on November 29, 1942. Bea was blessed to live and work on the farm with Herb for 59 years before his passing.

Bea was a lifelong member of the Wolcott United Methodist Church. Her life was dedicated to her love of God, family, and friends.

Bea is survived by her 3 children, Ned (Marilyn) Fulkerson, Lana (Wayne) Saxon, and Len (Sue) Fulkerson; 6 grandchildren, Rob (Michelle) Fulkerson, Ann (Bill) Soards, Brooke (Craig) Adolff, Drew (Keri) Fulkerson, Paul (Gretchen) Fulkerson, and Joel (Chelsea) Fulkerson. She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.

A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, November 30, 2016, at 11 AM (EST) at Wolcott Cemetery, Wolcott, IN. Pastor Ron Spyker to officiate.
