Mark A. Neely, 60, of Monticello, passed away at 8:25 PM, August 1, 2016 at IU Health Arnett Hospital of Lafayette, IN. He was born September 4, 1955 in Chicago, IL to the late Clyde and Wanda (Allmon) Neely. Mark attended Kelvyn Park High School in Chicago, IL.

His marriage was to Linda Neely on November 3, 1978 in Chicago, Il. She survives. Mark was an inspector at Screw Machine Engineering for several years. He enjoyed bowling, watching all sports, and occasionally playing basketball.

Surviving along with his wife are three daughters, Rima (Fred) Gibson of Evansville, IN, Theresa Neely, and Stephanie Neely, both of Monticello, IN. He is also survived by his siblings, Harold (Bridget) Neely of Chicago, IL, Rima (George) Ganguillet of Mason, MI.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Clyde and Wanda Neely.

A private family memorial service will take place at a later date.
