Floyd L. Pipes, 54, of Kentland, passed away at 10:45 AM, June 23, 2016 at Presence Covenant Medical Center of Urbana, IL.

He was born June 7, 1962 in Elizabethtown, KY to the late Sherley and Wanda (Hubard) Pipes. His marriage was to Nina Denton on September 16, 1989 in Kentland. Floyd worked for many years in the maintenance department at Capital Products. He enjoyed spending his time working in the shop and had a love for Harley-Davidson Motorcycles.

Surviving along with his wife are children, Andrew and Aaron Pipes; sister, Janice (Walt) Burton; sister-in-laws, Debbie (Rob) Hall and Brenda (Sam) Wicker; brother-in-law, David Denton.

Preceding him in death along with his parents is a uncle, Herman Pipes.

Private family services will be held at a later date.
