Steven "Louie" B. White, 63, of Brookston, passed away at 11:39 A.M., December 5,2015 at IU Health Methodist Hospital of Indianapolis, IN.  He was born October 6,1952 in Japan to the late Francis E. and Wilma L. (Waymire) White. He graduated from Frontier High School in 1971.  Steve served in the Navy and was honorably discharged.  He was a member of the VFW. Steve worked many years at Eli Lilly and Company.  Steve enjoyed taking walks at the local park and being a caregiver to both of his parents Francis and Wilma.  Surviving Mr. White is companion Debbie Bond; aunts, Jackie Wood of Franklin, IN, and Vera Waymire of Brookston; nephew Jason White of Kansas City, MO; niece Brooke (husband: Micah) Stith of Olathe, KS; and several cousins. Also surviving are 3 great nieces and 1 great nephew.  Steve is preceded in death by two brothers, Thomas and William "Bill" White.  Friends may call from 10-11 A.M., Tuesday December 8,2015 at Hartzler-Clapper Funeral Home of Brookston; with funeral service following at 11 A.M.
