Fae J. Schnelle, 90, of Wolcott, passed away at 11:25 p.m. Sunday, June 21, 2015 at IU Health White Memorial of Monticello. She was born October 9, 1924 to the late Lloyd and Edith (Kiser) Tow and was a 1942 graduate of Wolcott High School. Her marriage was to James E. Schnelle on April 30, 1944 in Monon. He died September 19, 1995. Fae was a hard working farm wife for many years alongside her husband. She was a member of the Wolcott Baptist Church and the Young at Heart Home Ec Club. Surviving are her children, Donna (husband: Sam) Haskins of Monon, Jim (wife: Pam) Schnelle of Remington, Linda (husband: Bill) Morley of Terre Haute and Carolyn Schnelle of Wolcott. Also surviving are 15 grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren, and 7 great-great- grandchildren. Fae enjoyed her flowers and gardening, she was also an excellent cook. She was kind and caring to everyone she met. Above all, she loved spending time with her family. Preceding her in death with her parents and husband are sisters, Alma Myers and Madge Deckard; a brother, Harold Watkins; granddaughter Shelly Haskins and three great-granddaughters, Ashley, Kathleen Fae, Jillian Haskins. Friends may call from 4 p.m. - 8 p.m., Wednesday, June 24, 2015 at Foster-Clapper Funeral Home of Wolcott. Funeral Service 10:30 a.m. , Thursday, June 25, 2015 at Wolcott Baptist Church.
