Willie "Bill" R. Sisney, 74, of Raub, died at 11:45 am, Sunday, June 9, 2013, at his residence. He was born May 18, 1939, in Mount Ayr, Ind. to the late Willie Young Sisney and Agnes Hutsell Sisney Iliff. His marriage was to Martha Kay Brown on March 25, 1959. She preceded him in death on October 17, 2011. Throughout his life, Bill worked as a farmer and an engineer on the railroad. He enjoyed the outdoors, taking care of his flowers, feeding birds, fishing, and mushroom hunting. Bill also loved spending time with his late wife. They enjoyed travelling and going to casinos. Surviving Bill are daughters, Michele Sisney of Monticello, Ind., Kim Alliss of Tennessee; 6 grandchildren, and 7 great-grandchildren with one on the way. He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Martha Sisney; adopted niece, Erna Woodby; and grandson, B.J. Woodby.
