Biographical Information:
Bessie had lived in the White and Carroll County area most all of her life, living in Florida for a short period of time. She had worked at the old RCA Plant in Monticello, Indiana. Bessie was a cook for the local hospital in Sebring, Florida while living there. She was a member of the Lutheran Church of Our Saviour in Monticello, where she was very active. She enjoyed helping others and her church.

Marriage Information: On November 3, 1984, in Las Vegas, Nevada she married Charles Friend. He died on March 31, 1999.
