Biographical Information:
Blake graduated from the Twin Lakes High School in 2010 where he enjoyed history class and was in the play the Christmas Carol. He attended Ball State University for 2 years and was currently enrolled at Ivy Tech and working full time at Delphi Products Company. Blake was a member of the United Methodist Church of Monticello, Indiana. Aside from Blake's undoubtedly charismatic demeanor, Blake was a great athlete and was very passionate about football. He excelled in track and holds a record in the long jump, receiving numerous medals, trophies and awards. He also played rugby at Ball State. He loved the lake and enjoyed fishing, boating and playing beach volleyball. Blake was, and will always be, an amazing and truly loved man.

Memorial Information: In lieu of flowers memorials may be given to the Monticello United Methodist Church Youth Group. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home and church.
