Carol and her husband, Charles, had lived in the rural Monticello (Monon area), Indiana, are for over nineteen years. They had also lived in Mokena, Illinois, Leesburg, Florida, and Manchaug, Massachusetts. Carol was a graduated from high school in Chicago, Illinois. She was a waitress for thirty - eight years, and was a waitress at the Sportsman Inn of Monticello, Indiana, when it was owned by the Conrad family. Carol loved and enjoyed boating.
