Biographical Information:
The death of Chad was very unexpected and was due to natural cause beyond control. He was a 1998 graduate of the Twin Lakes High School of Monticello, Indiana. He had worked up till a couple years ago at the Donaldson Plant here in Monticello, Indiana since 1998.
