Biographical Information:
Dave had been in failing health for the last several months. He was raised in the Idaville, Indiana, area and was a 1954 graduate of Idaville High School of Idaville, Indiana. While in high school, Dave was an amazing basketball player.

Marriage Information: On December 29, 1957, at the former Idaville United Methodist Church of Idaville, Indiana, he married Patsy Ann Brooks; she survives.
