Biographical Information:
Jerry had lived in rural Reynolds, Indiana, for the last several years, coming from Chicago, Illinois, where he had lived for fifty (50) years. He was a Certified Grocers truck driver for forty-seven (47) years, and had never had an accident, and retired in 2004. He graduated from the Limbloom High School of Chicago, Illinois and was a member of the Faith Covenant Fellowship Church of Monticello, Indiana.

Marriage Information: On February 4, 2005, in Monticello, Indiana, he married Eleanor Homan. She survives.
