Linda Lou Jean, age 84, passed away at Monticello Healthcare, in Monticello, IN, on Sunday, December 3, 2023.  Linda was born on February 8, 1939, in Evansville, IN to Margaret (Ferguson) and Dennis Jean.

Linda marred Dennis Jean; he is deceased.

Linda was a strong woman and a devoted mother.

She was a graduate of Evansville University with a Bachelor's degree in business and marketing.  Linda was a successful sales representative for a flooring manufacturer.

Linda was an avid animal lover and had a "secret recipe" for her award-winning chocolate chip cookies that dated back to her time in 4-H.

Linda is survived by her son, Kent Jean of Monticello.  She is also survived by Alexa Jean of Colorado, Ryan Jean of Arizona, Eric Jean and Evan Jean of Seattle, Washington.

Linda was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Dennis, her son, Brent Jean, and her dog, Dakota.
