Biographical Information:
Lucy lived in the Brookston, Indiana, area all her life. She was a 1958 graduate of Brookston High School of Brookston, Indiana. Lucy then went on to Gale Business School of Minneapolis, Minnesota. She worked at DeKalb Seed Corn Company of Brookston, Indiana, from 1959 to 1965; then from 1967 to 1975, she worked at National Homes, and from 1981 to 1984, she worked at the Indiana Department of Public Welfare, both of Lafayette, Indiana. In 1985, Lucy began working at Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana, where she was employed until her retirement from the Graduate School in 2001. Lucy loved and enjoyed visiting with all and everyone in Brookston, Indiana, and she was well known by nearly everyone there!!!
