Biographical Information:
Jim moved to the Monticello area back in the 1960's coming from Hammond, Indiana. He was a 1967 graduate of the North White High School of Monon, Indiana. Jim received his Bachelor's Degree from Ball State University majoring in Education. He then went on to get his Master's Degree from Purdue University. Jim taught school at the Reynolds Elementary School in Reynolds, Indiana for five (5) years and was also a middle school coach. He coached basketball as well as other sports. Jim also worked for Wausau Homes from 1977 - 1982, then started his own company with his brother-in-law Joe, K&B Construction.

Memorial Information: may be given to the White County Food Pantry. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
Marriage Information: On July 3, 1971 in the Buffalo United Church of Christ of Buffalo, Indiana he married Cathi S. Jones. She survives.
