Biographical Information:
Mildred had lived in the rural Monticello (Carroll County), Indiana, since 1951. She was raised in Delphi, Indiana. Mildred was a member of the Delphi United Methodist Church of Delphi, Indiana. She had worked at the old Monticello RCA Factory in the Finishing Room for thirteen years.
