Paul W. Arbuckle, 77, of Monticello, IN passed peacefully from this life into the loving arms of our Lord, surrounded by his loving family at Indiana Veterans’ Home in West Lafayette.  He was born in Lafayette, IN on November 30, 1946 to Paul A. Arbuckle and Ethel (Eldridge) Malone.  

He proudly served his nation in the United States Navy and National Guard.  He is a Vietnam veteran.  Some of Paul’s accomplishments were receiving an Associate Degree and Owner/Operator of a stainless steel fabrication company named ArJay Manufacturing in Peru, Indiana.  

Paul was a member of the Amvets, American Legion, VFW and Redmens Lodge, all of Monticello.  He was a member of First Assembly of God.  

He is survived by: daughter Cynaka Carr (Darren); son Nathan Arbuckle (Natasha); grandson Jordan Carr (Steph), great-granddaughter Zayleigh; granddaughter Mikyla Timmerman (Seth), great-granddaughter Greylynn; grandson Destyn Alberts(Christyne); granddaughter Skylynn Carr; grandson Zayden Carr;  granddaughter Moxley Carr; grandson Malachi Arbuckle; granddaughter Mykenzi Arbuckle; grandson Zack Geisler; and to many others that he was known as their “Papa Paul”; and sister Paula Newgent (Joe).  

He was preceded in death by his parents Paul A. Arbuckle and Ethel (Eldridge) Malone; stepfather Pat Malone; stepson Shad Bassett; brother Larry Arbuckle; and an infant sister Michelle.  

Visitation will be Wednesday, February 28, 2024 from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. at Miller – Roscka Funeral Home of Monticello.  A Celebration of Life will follow the visitation at 6:00 p.m. with Pastor Julian Herrara officiating.  Miller-Roscka Funeral Home is honored to be handling the arrangements.
