Biographical Information:
Phyllis had lived in the Buffalo, Indiana, community for the last several years. She loved the outdoors, and reading. Phyllis especially loved and enjoyed spending time with her family. She was a member of the Hammond, Indiana, Chapter of the Order of Eastern Star, and the Ladies of the Shrine, also of Hammond, Indiana.

Marriage Information: She was married to Colonel Wikel. He died in 1982. Then on January 4, 1996, in Highland, Indiana, she married Robert A. Ragsdale. He survives.
