Biographical Information:
Phyllis had lived on a farm in rural Carroll County, Indiana, most all her life before moving to the Lafayette, Indiana, area. She was a 1944 graduate of Delphi High School of Delphi, Indiana. Phyllis was a farm wife helping her late husband, Floyd R. "Bob" Wise. She was a member of the Hickory Grove Church of rural Delphi (Carroll County), Indiana, and was a member of the Womens Fellowship of the church. Phyllis was a world wide traveler. She drove a school bus for the Twin Lakes School Corporation and cooked at the old Yeoman Elementary School in Yeoman, Indiana.

Marriage Information: On March 3, 1946, in Delphi, Indiana, she married Floyd R. "Bob" Wise; he passed away on Monday, October 29, 2007.

Son, Terry (wife Anita) Wise of Ocala, Florida;Daughter, Debra (husband Jay) Blackburn of Lafayette, Indiana;Daughter-in-law, Cindy Wise of College Station, Texas; Grandchildren, Michael (wife Emily) Wise, and Elizabeth Wise, both off Texas, Michelle (husband Christian) Stuckwisch of Wisconsin,Corinne (husband Mike) Powers of Iowa, Dr. Colin (wife Hollly) Blackburn, Sam Blackburn, and Jenny Blackburn, all of Indiana; Two (2) Great Grandchild.
