Biographical Information:
Victor was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois. He was a US Army veteran serving in the Korean Conflict. Victor had been a X-ray Technician most all of his life and retired in 1998 as a X-Ray Salesmen. He had lived in Chicago, Illinois then moving to Palos Hills for over twenty years. Victor and his late wife Phyllis then retired in Monticello, Indiana where they had lived for twenty plus years. He was a member of the Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church and was also a Grand Knight in the Monticello Knights of Columbus.

Marriage Information: On March 3, 1957, at the St. Mary Mt. Carmel Catholic Church in Chicago, Illinois, he married Phyllis A. Engelhardt; she passed away on Sunday, April 3, 2016.
