Biographical Information:
Bill lived on a farm in rural Star City, Indiana, since August of 1990. He worked for Allen and Sons Farm. Bill farmed most all his life. He was a 1977 graduate of Twin Lakes High School of Monticello, Indiana. Bill had also farmed for Kesling Llama Farm formerly of Logansport, Indiana, for six and a half years, 1983 to 1990. He was a 4-H Leader of White County, Indiana, and was involved in the Pulaski County, Indiana, 4-H Horse and Pony. Bill enjoyed horse back riding, camping, hunting. Bill also enjoyed competing in CMO Rides. Most of all, Bill, loved spending time with his grandkids.

Marriage Information: On June 21, 1980, in Monticello, Indiana, he marrried Diana S. O’Neal; she survives.
